Adeola Oladimeji is an experienced private equity professional with nearly two decades of expertise in real assets and alternative investments. He has participated in transactions exceeding $1 billion across various sectors, including real estate, energy, infrastructure, logistics, and healthcare, both in North America and internationally.

Prior to founding Ascendi Capital, Adeola served as Head of Alternative Investments at TAK Asset Management, where he led private equity programs, mergers and acquisitions, and project financing. He has also held senior positions at Kappafrik Group, including Director of Private Equity and CFO, and was part of the investment team at Abucap, a private equity fund focused on energy growth capital in Nigeria and West Africa.

His expertise encompasses structuring and executing complex investments, post-acquisition integration, and large-scale consolidations, including the integration of multiple grain silos and fertilizer manufacturing plants. Adeola’s strategic approach has optimized operations, enhanced portfolio value, and driven investor returns.

He specializes in identifying overlooked real asset opportunities and executing strategic investments that generate stable income and long-term growth. His ability to structure and manage alternative investments has made him a trusted partner for family offices and institutional investors seeking capital preservation and resilient returns.

Adeola holds a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Lagos and a Diploma in Exempt Market Proficiency from the IFSE Institute in Canada. He is a CAIA charterholder, a CPA in Canada, and a member of ACCA in the UK.
