Adeola’s journey to establish Ascendi Capital began with a challenge – navigating a new market as an immigrant to Canada despite holding global expertise and prestigious designations (CAIA, CPA, ACCA). Turning the challenge into opportunity, he laid the foundation for a firm focused on delivering stability and growth through real asset investments.
Today, Ascendi Capital manages $10 million in assets under management (AUM) and specializes in high-growth, fragmented markets such as multifamily real estate, RV campsites, self-storage, and car washes. Our disciplined investment strategy is centered on acquiring resilient, essential service businesses with predictable income and significant value-creation potential.
One of our flagship initiatives is a roll-up strategy consolidating car wash businesses across Western Canada. This innovative approach reflects our belief that real asset investments provide unmatched stability and growth opportunities in any market condition.
